EPS® 2102
EPS 2102 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion designed for high alkali applications. It is designed to be used as a polymer admixture for cement-based products, and for use in bonding agents.
EPS® 2272
EPS 2272 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent water retention properties. EPS 2272 can be formulated to meet the requirements of ASTM C-309 and ASTM C-1315 Type I Class C cure and seal membranes.
EPS® 2505
EPS 2505 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent early water resistance and higher solids. EPS 2505 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne system that is ideal for use in fast dry applications.
EPS® 2506
EPS 2506 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent early water and humidity resistance, as well as corrosion resistance. In addition, EPS 2506 can be formulated with a wide variety of co-solvents, and with it's excellent shear stability can be used in the grind phase of the formula. Due to these properties, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous substrates (including various plastics), EPS 2506 is an excellent choice for both DTM primers and topcoats.
EPS® 2507
EPS 2507 is an APEO free, self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance and rapid hardness developement. EPS 2507 provides the capability to formulate coatings at very low VOCs.
EPS® 2510
EPS 2510 is an APEO free, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent early water / humidity resistance and abrasion resistance. EPS 2510 can be formulated using a wide variety of co-solvents and offers excellent shear stability for use in the grind phase of the formula. EPS 2510 also offers excellent adhesion to most ferrous and non-ferrous substrates and is also an excellent choice for both DTM primers and topcoats. Early hydrophobic properties of EPS 2510 make it an excellent choice for high performance waterproofing paints on cementious substrates.
EPS® 2520
EPS 2520 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering high gloss development / retention, block resistance and adhesion. The EPS 2520 is an excellent choice for use in gloss architectural and light industrial maintenance applications.
EPS® 2532
EPS 2532 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering outstanding ink and tannin blocking characteristics, adhesion, and early water resistance. EPS 2532 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based primers and is ideal for use as a universal primer or low gloss topcoat on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.
EPS® 2533

EPS® 2535

EPS® 2538
EPS 2538 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent hardness and resistance properties. EPS 2538 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based finishes on cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.
EPS® 2539
EPS 2539 is a self-crosslinking, styrene-acrylic emulsion designed for clear wood applications. It is supplied at a pH near 7.0 for wood applications where maintaining a light color is critical. DPnB at 20% on resin solids is the recommended coalescing solvent. 2.5 to 5.0 % plasticizer such as Santicizer 160 (or similar) on resin solids may be used to help with film formation and to keep the film flexible. Ammonia should be used to raise the pH of the coating.
EPS® 2540

EPS® 2545
EPS 2545 is an alkali strippable, styrenated acrylic dispersion offering excellent early water resistance. The very small particle size and ability to re-solubilize itself also make the EPS 2545 an ideal vehicle for interior wood wiping stains.
EPS® 2548
EPS 2548 is a self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance and rapid hardness developement. EPS 2548 uses a proprietary internal coalescent system, and therefore requires less external co-solvent to achieve full coalescence, providing the capability to easily formulate coatings at 100 grams/liter.
EPS® 2550
EPS 2550 is an APEO free, styrenated acrylic emulsion which can be used to formulate economical coatings offering excellent hardness, gloss, and chemical resistance. Coatings produced with EPS 2550 also exhibit good block resistance and excellent adhesion to plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
EPS® 2553
EPS 2553 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent ink and tannin blocking characteristics, adhesion, and early water resistance. EPS 2553 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based primers and is ideal for use in universal primers or low - medium gloss topcoats on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.
EPS® 2560
EPS 2560 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering outstanding corrosion resistance, adhesion, early water resistance, high gloss development and gloss retention. EPS 2560 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to alkyd maintenance vehicles and general product finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.
EPS® 2561
EPS 2561 is a styrenated acrylic dispersion offering low temperature cure response, without the use of acid catalysts. Coatings based on EPS 2561 have been found to exhibit good corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to plastics and ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including brass. These coatings have also shown to have good hydrolytic and mechanical stability, and can be formulated to a potential finished VOC of less than 0.5 lbs. per gallon (60 grams/liter).
EPS® 2568
EPS 2568 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion designed for use in clear and pigmented coatings that exhibit excellent hardness development with good humidity and corrosion resistance. Use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.
EPS® 2581
EPS 2581 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent early water resistance and high gloss. EPSŪ 2581 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based systems where water resistance and hardness are required on cementitious, wood and some metal substrates.
EPS® 2589
EPS 2589 is a self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent chemical and block resistance properties, as well as excellent hardness development. In addition, EPS 2589 provides excellent corrosion resistance. These properties make EPS 2589 an ideal candidate where a combination of chemical and corrosion resistance properties are required. Markets included would be transportation, protective coatings, and Industrial OEM, where chemical exposure is likely. Not all components in this product are listed on the Domestic Substances List (DSL).
